What Am I Thinking? Or Am I Thinking?

It's a rhetorical question - PLEASE don't answer. The title has reference to my decision to start a new blog. Do I really want 2 blogs? Can I keep up with two blogs?

On the other hand there's so many things I'd like to write about besides just the books I read. Don't misunderstand - I really enjoy keeping a record of what I read, but I'd also like to write about life, love and video tapes! AND I'd really like to write a list. Okay, so that's what convinced me. I want to do a list! My daughters, my nieces (except C!) and even my sister have made lists. Other people groan about making lists, but I think it looks like fun.

Now that I've come to this big decision to have 2 blogs, I will start thinking about my list. It will probably be weeks in the making. In the meantime, I may post other things. We'll see.

P.S. I wish I could have a different profile picture for each of my blogs. Books for A Reader's Journal and oh, I don't know, a flower or tree or whatever for this blog. That would be nice, don't you think?

Good luck with the two blogs. I tried once (secretively) and found it hard, but I know others that seem to do it quite well. I'm looking forward to reading this blog. :)

I don't do great with the two blog thing, because everyone always bugs me when I don't post enough on one or the other. I finally decided that I can only post as often as I can, and my post would probably not be worth it if I didn't feel like posting. My point is, don't let anyone pressure you into posting if you don't feel like it, and if that's how you go about having two blogs it shouldn't be too difficult. I hope that made some sense :).

Yeah!!! Don't listen to Alyson. You must post everyday . . . you must post everyday . . . you must post everyday. Whatever. I look forward to your list whenever you post it.

Thanks for the encouraging words. I think I'll like 2 blogs now that I've got going. They each have such different purposes. I think Alsyon, Katie, and Cassie knew what they were doing.

Oh, my, booklogged, that's right go ahead and feed my blog addiction with more blogs! :)

I have two blogs too, but truth be told, I don't do very much with the second one. I find the book review blog all consuming.

Good luck and I will be sure to check out both blogs!
